We have a full-time permanent opportunity available for an experienced Call Centre Manager / Team Leader to join our Interlock department at our light filled offices in Notting Hill. Providing job stability and security via our existing Government contracts across Australia and New Zealand you will take ownership of this position.

Your role:

If you answered “yes” and you are looking for a role in which you will provide leadership to the team we would love to hear from you.  In your new role as our Call Centre / Back Office Manager you will identify the needs and structure of the Interlock Customer Support Team who respond to our Dräger Interlock customer enquiries and installation appointments. The team conduct administrative tasks including data entry, invoicing and collection of debts, whilst liaising with our Dräger Interlock Service Workshops across Australia and New Zealand.

Who you are:

You will be adaptable to the requirements of our customers and enjoy leading and working in a busy team environment. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership capability and Customer Service Management experience;
  • Proficient written & oral communication skills;
  • Experience working under pressure and organising work priorities;
  • Intermediate MSOffice computer skills;
  • Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills;
  • Ability and desire to learn our products in order to provide technical support;
  • Interpersonal skills, particularly negotiating & facilitation; and
  • A solution focused mindset.
