 If you have customer service experience, administration skills and don’t shy away from handling difficult phone conversations we would love to hear from you.

Your strong communication and phone skills, resilience and desire to provide excellent customer service will ensure that you are successful in this position.

 Your role:

We will provide you with full training and you will work with an experienced and supportive team. Your tasks will include:

  • Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries; 
  • Interact with our Interlock device customers and internal & external stakeholders;
  • Manage files and data entry of customer information;
  • Generate invoicing and collection of customer debts; and
  • Learn to assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

 Who you are and your skills:

  • Customer service experience;
  • Great written & oral communication skills;
  • Experience working under pressure and organising work priorities;
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word and Outlook);
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations with a positive & professional approach;
  • Attention to Detail;
  • Be adaptable and flexible; and
  • Potentially be able to work on the occasional Public Holiday (desirable).
