We have an opportunity within the Safety Division at Dräger developing the service operations business in the NSW metro region.

In this position, you will lead 4 service team members, assist in managing, maintaining and further developing the service operations and business interests of the region and to assist Draeger Safety supply technical service ensuring quality outcomes to our customers.

Your role:

  • Team Leadership;

  • Health, Safety, Environment & Quality accountabilities.

  • Tertiary education in related field in addition to frontline management required
  • Demonstrated experience in similar position.
  • Experienced in people management including leadership competencies according to the LEAD principles.
  • Analysis & problem-solving skills
  • Strong Interpersonal & facilitation skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to identify customer needs and ways to satisfy them
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to develop detailed knowledge of Draeger Safety products & services and their application
  • Experience working under pressure and organising work priorities to meet deadlines
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office, CRM applications
  • Current Driving Licence
