Who you are

If you’re a self-starter, based in Sydney’s surrounds, have great computer skills, are well presented and trade qualified this is just what you’ve been waiting for. You will:

  • Be a qualified tradesperson (electronics and/or mechanical);
  • Possess prior field service experience undertaking fault finding and repairs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong computer skills including MSOffice with the ability to master our new CRM system;
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude and hold a current Driver’s Licence; and
  • Be ready to take the next step in your career.

Your role

In this position you will service Dräger’s safety equipment range at our customer sites in Sydney and surrounds. Your tasks will include:

  • Maintenance, repair and testing of Dräger safety products;
  • Prepare detailed quotations for customers;
  • Maintain accurate service records within our management systems;
  • Provide a high level of service and support to our customers; and
  • Provide onsite customer user and maintenance training.
